If an item is delivered damaged or defective, the customer must contact us at: support@odanec.com within 14 days of receipt. In such cases, a replacement product will be sent free of charge.

All products are covered by a 1-year warranty, ensuring a suitable solution even after the initial 14-day period.


4. Refunds
